We manufacture numerous vessels that are used in wide range of applications and industries, such as oil & gas, pulp and paper, water industries and others.NanQuan designs and builds customized laboratory, pilot scale, and commercial scale pressure vessels for use as reactors, accumulators, chemical tanks, storage vessels, process vessels, laboratory autoclaves, isostatic pressing chambers, hydrostatic test vessels, jacketed tanks, sample cylinders, etc. We specialism in high pressure fabrications and capable of fabricating complex units using accuracy engineering techniques. Our certified welders follow strict testing and inspection instructions, ensuring industry standards are met and exceeded

• Sizes range from 0.5 litre capacity to 300,000 litres
• Pressure vessel wall thicknesses from 2 mm to 50 mm

• Pressures from 15 to 10,000 psi for welded vessels and 150,000 psi for forged vessels
• Vessels for use at temperatures from cryogenic to up to 500°C
• Seal designs are matched to the application, and include metal seals, gaskets, “O” rings, and self-energized seals
• Conventional bolted flanges utilising standard flanges or custom flanges for pressures up to 6,000psi
